ISOPHIT — strength without unnecessary movement.
Three systems, one principle: creating force against immovable resistance. The ISOPHIT Strength Kit, Strength Trainer, and The Rig are designed for elite sport, performance centers, clubs, and expertly guided rehabilitation. All three systems are supplied exclusively for B2B sales — to clubs, studios, and sports centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

For elite sport
Hockey, hockey, and performance again.
A hockey player generates force in extremely short moments: in a push-off from the edge, in a battle by the boards, in a shot, in a goalie's split. In all these situations, the body must first create and maintain force in a specific position — that's exactly what isometrics is.
ISOPHIT therefore belongs in the facilities of hockey clubs, academies, and individual training rooms. It allows training of hips, adductors, hamstrings, core, and shoulders at angles that correspond to actual play, with minimal joint load and without the risk associated with working with heavy weights during the season.
- Training at game-specific angles — hips, adductors, hamstrings, core
- High effort without weight inertia and with low injury risk
- Pre-game activation and quick recovery work during the season
- Measurement and comparison of right and left side, retest and progression tracking
- Expert-led return from injury to full performance
Besides hockey, isometric training is used by footballers, athletes, fighters, tennis players and crews in strength & conditioning centers and sports medicine.
Principle
Resistance that adapts to your strength.
ISOPHIT brings specialized systems for isometric strength training — i.e., building strength against immovable resistance. The resistance naturally adapts to the user's strength: the more force they exert, the greater resistance they perceive. The result is precisely dosed training without dumbbells, plates, and unnecessary joint movement.
- Resistance is generated by the user's own strength — no plates, no weights.
- Training of specific joint angles and game positions, precisely and repeatedly.
- Operation without electricity and without noise.
- Low space requirements for a full-body workout.
- Commercial construction and a two-year manufacturer's warranty.

Compact professional system
ISOPHIT Strength Kit
Great strength. Minimum space. Maximum control.
Portable system for full-body isometric training. The adjustable axis offers seven working angles, and resistance corresponds to the force the user exerts into the system. Within an area of approximately 81 × 76 cm, squats, pulls, presses, Nordic hamstring curls, and stabilization positions can be trained.
Strength is not only created in movement. In every push-off, change of direction, impact, or stabilization, the body must first create and maintain strength in a specific position. The Strength Kit allows these positions to be trained systematically — precisely, repeatedly, and without the inertia of external weights.
Set the axis to the desired angle, assume a training position, and push or pull against an immovable support. The same machine is thus used by a beginner, a performance athlete, and a client in a professionally managed return to loading.
- Footprint only 81.3 × 76.2 cm
- Seven fixed axis angles: 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°

Flagship ISOPHIT system
ISOPHIT Strength Trainer
Professional platform for over 600 training positions.
Full-body isometric trainer with modular supports and a wide range of adjustments. It allows for creating low to maximum effort at precisely defined joint angles, without traditional external weights — on an area of just 2.97 m².
Instead of lifting weights, the user works against a fixed and precisely adjustable support. Force Matching Technology™ means that resistance in real-time matches the applied force. Each contraction is mechanically controlled, and intensity can be immediately adapted to the client's current abilities.
A coach can work with specific joint angles, isometric holds, maximal strength, rate of force development, and neuromuscular efficiency. One system connects performance training, conditioning, overload prevention, and a guided return to performance.
- More than 600 demonstrated exercise variations
- Force Matching Technology™ — resistance matches user's strength

Measurable performance in every position
ISOPHIT The Rig
Generate. Control. Measure. Develop strength.
Height-adjustable professional rig for training and measuring unilateral and bilateral force production. Precise axis adjustment from 5 to 213 cm opens up full-body strength training from rehabilitation to elite sport.
The Integrated Rapid Lock Rail System allows the axis to be set to the same position for every test and training session. This is crucial for tracking progress, comparing right and left sides, and creating long-term protocols.
The user works against a fixed support, so they can exert high force without weight movement and without unnecessary inertia. The open design easily adapts to different body types, disciplines, and training goals.
- Vertical adjustment range 5.08–213.36 cm
- Fine positioning in 3.81 cm increments for repeatable testing positions

Isometrics means generating force against immovable resistance. The muscle works fully, but the joint does not move. This allows the body to exert greater effort than in normal movement, without the inertia of weights and with significantly lower joint strain.
Resistance is not created by weights. It arises against a fixed support and corresponds to the force exerted by the user. Therefore, intensity is controlled by the user, the chosen position, hold time, and effort.
Strength Kit is a compact and portable system for smaller operations. Strength Trainer is the flagship professional platform with over 600 positions. The Rig is a height-adjustable rig for training and measuring force production in performance centers.
No. The mechanical principle of isometric resistance works without power. Only the optional measuring configuration of The Rig requires electricity.
Yes, it can support professionally supervised rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols. Intensity settings and position selection must always be determined by a qualified medical or movement professional.
All three systems are designed for B2B sales. Fill out the partner questionnaire, and we will get back to you with configuration, a price offer, delivery date, installation, and team training.
